LGBT Legal Project Staff Attorney for ACLU of Michigan, Jay Kaplan, calls in to discuss two cases involving same sex marriages and the involvement of the federal government. Scott Hagerstrom, executive director of Americans for Prosperity of Michigan, also calls in to talk about some of the recent events that transpired at the capital as well as other local politics.
